The bill (Reg. No. 3628) suggests amend article 247 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Infringements (hereinafter referred to as KupAP) that specify description of circumstances that exclude the possibility of court proceeding on administrative infringement case.
Committee members agreed with the necessity to refine the abovementioned
provision, since lack of the event of administrative infringement and lack of set
of elements of administrative infringement are different circumstances that
exclude the possibility of court proceeding on the administrative infringement case.
People’s deputies upheld the bill, adoption of which will promote refinement of the system of justice and increase the level of citizens’ legal culture.
